Best Friend and Forever My #WCW

I'm back ... And this time it is to appreciate one of the kindest, most loyal, caring, and down right prettiest people I know!

I have known Rachelle for around 15 years ... so far ... However, we have only been as close as we currently are for about 4 years. Long story short, I was an asshole of an 8 year-old and she was a pushover. I'm still an asshole sometimes, but Rachelle can definitely hold her own now. We both can.

Though, I'm digressing from the true point of today's post.

I wanted to give this amazing woman a shout out today because we have both been going through some things recently. Though, neither of us has forgotten the friendship we have come to cherish so much through those times.

When I was at a pretty low point a few weeks ago, Rachelle was there for me. She was with me in spirit since I couldn't be with her in person. Any time I need to rant, scream, and cry; or laugh, smile, and joke; or even just to talk, she is the person I turn to. I have a very small group of friends and she is right at the center of it. And I wouldn't have it any other way.

Now, don't go thinking this is a one-sided friendship! Everything Rachelle does for me, I return in kind. She might be more of a social butterfly and have larger circle than me, but when she needs me, I'm there. Even when she doesn't need me, I'm still there. I would do anything for my best friend, and I know she feels the same.

This woman is by far the greatest friend I have ever had. No doubt about that. She is kindhearted, loyal, strong-willed, beautiful, brave, talented, passionate, loving, creative, hard-working; I could do this for a while. There is not a word great enough, in the English language, to describe Rachelle.

She is my rock and I don't know where I'd be without her. Her friendship has helped get me through some tough spots and I will never be able to thank her enough. This post only says so much about how much I truly appreciate this unique snowflake, but I hope it does enough justice for the time being.
